Many Nigerian’s in diaspora would like to provide their skills back home without having to go back, but do not know exactly how to do so.
NNC Skill Transfer allows qualified diasporans to share their expertise for the development of our home, aiming to mitigate the negative effects of brain drain from Nigeria, filling in the needs and gaps in various sectors of the country.
With the use of modern technology, the program will make use of virtual returns allowing Nigerians in diaspora to contribute to the country, without having to return, across different sectors.
NNC will partner with different organisations in Nigeria, from women’s empowerment groups to orphanages, providing Nigerians in diaspora an opportunity to provide their skills and give back home.
